  NEVER GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give them a zero I would. I had great experience with other US Cellular stores and even US Cellular call center. I dropped my phone and knew I was due for an upgrade and went in to ask how to go about doing that. The woman just stared at me with a dumb look and the manager then came over and gave me an even dumber look. I wanted a phone, they sell phones... yet they looked like I said to them that I wanted to buy a unicorn. They couldn't say anything about the phones besides saying "these phones are what you can have" with pointing to the tiny amount of phones they had. [any other store not only handles this in a much more professional manner but would actually give me solutions] A massive waste of space of a store and a massive waste of time of a staff. I had to ask them leading questions so they could try to follow along, hoping they would catch up and be able to help but just lead to more dumb looks and silence.
